The Denome RT-qPCR SARS-CoV-2 is a one-step reverse transcription real-time PCR assay for the qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 specific RdRp and N genes.
The assay contains FastEXT buffer that extracts and preserves viral nucleic acids in respiratory tract samples. The FastEXT buffer enables the initiation of the real-time RT-PCR within 5 minutes following the sample introduction. Total assay time takes about an hour for enhanced workflow and improved patient care management.
Denome SARS-CoV-2 qPCR Kit v2.3 is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from the SARS-CoV-2 in human oropharyngeal swab and nasopharyngeal swab specimens from individuals with signs and symptoms of infection who are suspected of COVID-19.
Denome SARS-CoV-2 qPCR Kit v2.3 is a test intended for the detection of RdRp and N gene of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in single tube in which specific Internal Control (IC) is simultaneously detected.
